Account Manager – Permanent and Contract Staffing Business

Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Account Management
  • Will manage a team of 3-6 recruiters
  • Delivery against Open Requisitions of customers
  • Relationship building with key stakeholders at customer place
  • Weekly, monthly governance with customers
  • Developing and publishing key reports with customer SLAs and recruiter performance and requirement dashboards
  • Performance measurement and performance improvement of recruiters.
  • Coach and develop recruiters to ensure they learn and acquire skills to perform as per the expectations and targets

 

Required Skills:

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Candidates with strong account management and delivery experience in contract staffing is required
