- Mapping and doing market research to identify potential prospects.
- Generating references through current relationships
- Cold calling, e-mailing and making personal visits to open up potential opportunities
- Demonstrating organisational capabilities to the prospects in person and over phone
- Following up with potential prospects until closure and signing off
- Handing over the customers to the account management team once the agreement is signed
- Exceptional communication skills and positive attitude are mandatory.
- Candidates with any education stream along with MBA
- Local candidates only.
- Concentrate on customers with potential for permanent recruitment or contract staffing business (at least for 1-2 years)
- Extensive travelling required within Bangalore city. Minimal or no outstation travel required.
Good To have:
- Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in start-up environments and have demonstrated consistent acquisition of customers independently.
- Candidates with background in permanent recruitment or contract staffing background will have an advantage. However, exceptional candidates from any industry background will be given the opportunity for evaluation.
