Business Development Manager

Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Mapping and doing market research to identify potential prospects.
  • Generating references through current relationships
  • Cold calling, e-mailing and making personal visits to open up potential opportunities
  • Demonstrating organisational capabilities to the prospects in person and over phone
  • Following up with potential prospects until closure and signing off
  • Handing over the customers to the account management team once the agreement is signed

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills and positive attitude are mandatory.
  • Candidates with any education stream along with MBA
  • Local candidates only.
  • Concentrate on customers with potential for permanent recruitment or contract staffing business (at least for 1-2 years)
  • Extensive travelling required within Bangalore city. Minimal or no outstation travel required.

Good To have:

  • Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in start-up environments and have demonstrated consistent acquisition of customers independently.
  • Candidates with background in permanent recruitment or contract staffing background will have an advantage. However, exceptional candidates from any industry background will be given the opportunity for evaluation.
  • Candidates who can join quickly will be given preference.
