Excellent Communication Skills and ability to identify the relevant decision makers at CXO Level
Ability to confidently communicate / speak our value proposition and schedule meeting appointment with senior most stakeholders
Create relevant written communication through email, social media to incite interest from target audience.
Ability and experience to identify prospects through google, job board, social media and websites of prospects
Persistently follow up with relevant stakeholders with targeted prospects until closure
Ability to qualify the prospects by conducting initial discovery of their talent acquisition environment and related challenges

Required Skills:

Excellent Communication Skills
Recruitment Industry Experience and or understanding is beneficial
Convent School Education is preferred. Any degree from a reputed university. MBA degree is an added advantage
