Responsibilities

  • An ideal candidate will come with 5-10 years of hardcore IT recruitment from consulting and corporate background with at least 2-3 years of team handling experience.
  • Managing the programs and associated recruitment activities in accordance with the agreed SLAs and delivery plan with the customer stakeholders.
  • Coaching and guiding a team of recruiters on daily basis with an objective to develop their overall competency.
  • Managing overall productivity of recruiters with respect to submissions, interviews, offers and joiners),
  • Continuously source candidates for filling Customer Positions as well as Internal Positions of Talent GPS
  • Validating (by the way of conversation) candidates sourced by recruiters to ensure only qualified candidates are entered into the talent pipeline of the customers.
  • Ensuring customer hiring trackers are accurately maintained at all times.
  • Ensuring quality and time SLAs are overachieved for all the requirements of the customer.
  • Preparing and publishing weekly, monthly and quality dashboards so that customer stakeholders are appraised of overall progress against open requirements.
  • Scheduling and conducting Governance meetings with customer stakeholders on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Ensuring overall monthly offer/joiner¬†and revenue targets are achieved.
  • Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure customer office decorum, discipline is maintained by self and the team.
  • Ensure that self and team are adhering to customer office policies as well as login time.
  • Manage customer stakeholders with respect to requirement understanding discussions, timely interviews/feedbacks and governance reviews.
  • Proactively identify problems and apply solutions. If not able to apply solutions, seek solutions from reporting manager.
